Retreats are small - maximum of 8 clients per retreat. This helps me (Shanna) to have some one on one time with you all and have conversations that help us on our journey.
Friday: Check in morning, breakfast, meet and greet - Many activities, meditations etc.
Saturday: All Day Activities
Sunday: Final activities, and check out by 10:30am
Enjoy the view, hot tub and relax in between activity times.
